Haletale vizualised to be the top most website for wellness and allow their users to have customized wellness plans according to their needs. Keeping up to date with the trends in the wellness and healthcare area Haletale not only wanted their website to be robust and have an excellent UI but also hoped to increase the conversion rate and user engagement. By building an intuitive and seamless design Haltale aims to offer a spectacular user experience.

Our team focused on increasing user interaction and content distribution for better navigation and engagement of Haleteale’s website. Aimed to design a visually appealing interface and simplicity that showcases the prime objective of Haletale i.e. healthcare and tending to its user’s needs. The center of focus included easy navigation, easy access to customized wellness programs offered by Haletale and bringing the community together. We achieved this by primarily focusing on the front end and back end of the website. Redesigning the website in such a way that both load time and UX can be enhanced.

The output we got was a 45 percent increase in user retention and happy customers. The usability increased by approx 85 percent and we also noticed an increase in the number of distinct customers upscaling the platform Haletale.
